The ACH Bank Draft module is a user convenience functionality.
It allows the client to give their customers the option to
set up their Utility account providing an automatic draft
function in order for the monthly balance to be drafted from
their checking or savings account. This supplements ease to
the customer’s bill paying be eliminating the writing
of a check, mailing the payment, postage for that payment
and/or distressing about paying on time. However, such settings
are dynamic in that the user may edit transactions before
posting, as well as generate a listing that outlines the detail
of all transactions.
